All Sales Final

All print sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of photographic prints, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the product description, sizing, and finish options prior to purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All prints are produced specifically for each order. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun

• Slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur due to printing processes and screen calibration differences

These variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

If the issue is verified, a replacement print will be issued. Refunds are not provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
